FORMER U.S. AMBASSADOR GARZA COMMENTS ON APPOINTMENT OF GUTIERREZ AS NORTH AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK DIRECTOR

MEXICO CITY, MEXICO--The following statement may be attributed to former U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Antonio O. Garza:
